Los papeles lÃderes bajaban 1,61% y el indicador S&P MerVal se ubicaba en los 46.649,07 puntos, con un monto negociado en acciones de 166,7 millones de pesos.
Entre las lÃderes, el retroceso más significativo se reflejaba en los papeles de Telecom: en el arranque perdÃan 8,22%, tras la decisión del Gobierno de congelar las tarifas de Internet, telefonÃa y TV por cable hasta fin de año, y de calificar a esos servicios como “esenciales”.
Por estas horas la merma de los papeles de la compañÃa ronda el 7 por ciento.
También operaban a la baja las acciones de Cresud (1,71%; Edenor (0,42%); Grupo Galicia (2,25%); Mirgor (1,70%); Pampa EnergÃa (1,95%) y TGN (1,22%). En Nueva York, las acciones de Telecom Argentina retrocedÃan cerca de 3%.
Los bonos de la deuda pública en dólares retrocedÃan un 2% promedio este lunes. En tanto, el riesgo paÃs medido por JP Morgan retrocedÃa 8 unidades, a 2.145 puntos básicos.
Las crÃticas de Telecom
El Grupo Telecom, que nuclea a las empresas de Personal y Fibertel, calificó de “arbitraria” la medida del Gobierno que regula los precios de los servicios de Internet, cable y telefonÃa celular.
En una comunicación a los empleados, la compañÃa sostuvo que se “pierde seguridad jurÃdica y una variable esencial” sobre el sector como es el precio de “productos y servicios”. Pero que continuarán apostando a “un diálogo constructivo” con el Gobierno.
