Profundizan los lineamientos pedag贸gicos de la educaci贸n obligatoria. Los chicos de s茅ptimo grado pasar谩n a primer a帽o y los de quinto a帽o tendr谩n actividades de formaci贸n extendidas. Conformar谩n una unidad de estudio 2020 – 2012 para el resto de los grados y a帽os

Asimismo, la reuni贸n permiti贸 anticipar el modo en que se va a dar聽continuidad a las trayectorias educativas de todos los estudiantes del pa铆s聽que cursan la educaci贸n obligatoria.

Entre las resoluciones m谩s importantes aparecen la de promocionar a聽los chicos de 5 a帽os聽a primer grado,聽los de s茅ptimo grado聽que pasen a primer a帽o y los de聽quinto a帽o聽tendr谩n聽actividades de formaci贸n聽que podr谩n extenderse聽hasta marzo de 2021聽y la acreditaci贸n final de aprendizajes tendr谩 lugar en los meses de diciembre y marzo.

El resto de los grados y a帽os conformar谩n聽una sola unidad de estudio entre 2020 y 2021, pero promocionando.

Se aprob贸 de forma un谩nime:

  1. Marco federal para la reorganizaci贸n institucional de las actividades de retorno a la escuela;
  2. Criterios de evaluaci贸n, acreditaci贸n y promoci贸n;
  3. Orientaciones para la contextualizaci贸n curricular 2020-2021 y la organizaci贸n de la ense帽anza;
  4. Programa Acompa帽ar: Puentes de Igualdad.

Continuidad pedag贸gica

Trotta enfatiz贸 la necesidad de llevar certidumbre a la comunidad educativa que con gran esfuerzo transita la continuidad pedag贸gica: “Hemos logrado generar los consensos federales en torno a las respuestas que requieren los desaf铆os pedag贸gicos que tendremos que afrontar en el corto y mediano plazo.聽Buscamos llevar tranquilidad y certeza a la comunidad educativa聽de c贸mo abordaremos el聽fin del ciclo lectivo 2020聽y su聽articulaci贸n聽con el a帽o pr贸ximo”.

Durante la etapa de聽retorno progresivo a las escuelas聽y聽hasta que se disponga de una vacuna contra Covid-19, convivir谩n tres formas de transitar la educaci贸n obligatoria, de acuerdo con la situaci贸n epidemiol贸gica de cada regi贸n y las normas de seguridad sanitaria necesarias para cuidar la salud de toda la comunidad educativa:聽presencial, no presencial y combinada.

Con respecto al sistema de Evaluaci贸n, la Asamblea del CFE determin贸 que todos los aprendizajes que tuvieron lugar durante 2020 ser谩n evaluados y acreditados, y aquellos niveles de logro que se acrediten, representar谩n momentos en una progresi贸n de aprendizajes que abarcar谩 el ciclo 2020 y el 2021 como una聽煤nica unidad pedag贸gica.

Para la promoci贸n se considerar谩n cada a帽o/grado escolar y el subsiguiente de los ciclos lectivos 2020 y 2021 como聽una unidad pedag贸gica y curricular. Los聽contenidos y metas de aprendizaje聽previstos para los dos grados/a帽os considerados como una unidad, ser谩n reorganizados de manera que puedan ser abordados entre este a帽o y el pr贸ximo.

Egresados 2020

Sobre el pasaje de un nivel educativo a otro, el CFE resolvi贸 que en el caso de las y los ni帽os de sala de 5 a帽os del nivel inicial promocionar谩n directamente al primer grado del nivel primario, y en el ciclo lectivo 2021 ambos niveles trabajar谩n en conjunto la planificaci贸n pedag贸gica.

En lo que respecta a las y los estudiantes que se encuentran en el 煤ltimo a帽o de la educaci贸n primaria聽deber谩n acreditar los aprendizajes previstos聽en los dise帽os curriculares jurisdiccionales para聽acceder a la certificaci贸n del nivel.

Las y los estudiantes que durante el a帽o 2020 se encuentran en el聽煤ltimo a帽o de la educaci贸n secundaria聽deber谩n聽acreditar los aprendizajes y capacidades聽previstas en el perfil de egreso del plan de estudios correspondiente. Esta nueva organizaci贸n curricular ser谩 el聽Trayecto Curricular de Finalizaci贸n del Nivel Secundario 2020聽de aprobaci贸n obligatoria para lo que se dispondr谩n instancias de acreditaci贸n en diciembre, marzo y abril.

Se ofrecer谩n espacios de formaci贸n como m铆nimo durante el mes de febrero y hasta la finalizaci贸n del a帽o lectivo 2020 (marzo 2021). La acreditaci贸n final de aprendizajes y la correspondiente certificaci贸n del nivel podr谩 tener lugar en los meses de diciembre 2020, marzo y abril 2021.

Tambi茅n se aprob贸 el聽marco federal de orientaciones聽para la contextualizaci贸n curricular 2020-2021 y聽la organizaci贸n de la ense帽anza.
