La ministra de Seguridad de la Nación, Sabina Frederic, descartó este martes que existan vinculaciones políticas en el reclamo hecho durante la madrugada por efectivos de la Policía Bonaerense, aunque remarcó que las fuerzas de seguridad no tienen derecho a la sindicalización. Además, legisladoras y legisladores del Frente de Todos repudiaron las protestas y manifestaron su apoyo al gobernador Axel Kicillof.
Las redes sociales fueron el lugar elegido por distintos referentes políticos y legisladores del Frente de Todos para manifestar su apoyo al gobernador Axel Kicillof, quien tan solo cuatro días después de que el Presidente anunciara un plan para reforzar la seguridad en el AMBA, enfrenta las medidas de fuerza que efectivos de la bonaerense realizan desde ayer en reclamo de una mejora salarial.
El foco de la protesta se dio el martes por la madrugada en la Casa de Gobierno de La Plata, mientras se encontraba allí el propio Kicillof.
Los manifestantes que rodearon el edificio, en representación de polícias de la fuerza de seguridad bonaerense, entregaron un petitorio que incluye, entre otros puntos, un aumento salarial, pagos en tiempo y forma y la provisión de uniformes y equipos de trabajo.
En respuesta, el martes por la mañana el gobierno bonaerense anunció una suba salarial para la policía provincial, aunque sin especificar porcentajes, y destacó el “servicio esencial” que la fuerza realiza en el marco de la pandemia.
Además, el jefe de Gabinete provincial, Carlos Bianco, aclaró que la seguridad del Gobernador, que vive en la residencia oficial ubicada en la misma manzana que la Casa de Gobierno donde se llevaron a cabo algunas de las protestas, “nunca estuvo amenazada”.
“Los manifestantes en la puerta de la Gobernación protestaron en el marco de la razonabilidad, entregaron un petitorio y se fueron a su casa“, dijo el ministro en una conferencia que brindó junto al ministro de Seguridad bonaerense, Sergio Berni, y evaluó que el reclamo se llevó a cabo de “manera democrática”, por lo que no fue necesaria la “intervención de la fuerza”.
“El camino que debemos transitar es escucharnos entre todos”, apuntó por su parte Berni, y concluyó que el Gobierno sabe “cuál es el camino a transitar: el bienestar de la policía y su familia es prioridad”, durante la conferencia de prensa que brindaron el mismo martes por la mañana desde Puente 12.
Más allá de la respuesta favorable de la gobernación, la situación generó diversas repercusiones y declaraciones de rechazo por parte de referentes del oficialismo.
Vinculaciones políticas
Frederic descartó este martes que existan vinculaciones políticas en el reclamo de efectivos de la policía bonaerense, que protestaron ayer en algunos puntos de la provincia de Buenos Aires en reclamo de mejores condiciones de trabajo, aunque lamentó las declaraciones “de tono catastrófico” de “algunos personajes de la oposición” vertidas en ese contexto a través de las redes sociales.
“No podría afirmar que son cuestiones políticas. Los reclamos son muy acotados, muy puntuales y creo que se producen también porque hay estrés y mucha demanda”, analizó la ministra en declaraciones formuladas esta mañana a Radio 10.
Por otra parte, destacó recordó que las fuerzas “en la pandemia tuvieron un rol más activo” y remarcó que “vienen de cinco meses de haber puesto el cuerpo en los controles permanentemente y son bastante invisibilizados”.
Derecho a la sindicalización
“Yo no lo vincularía con una razón política sino más bien con ciertas condiciones de trabajo y exigencia“, insistió Frederic, al tiempo que indicó que, no obstante, los efectivos “no tienen derecho a la sindicalización”, por lo cual “esas protestas están por fuera del régimen disciplinario y son injustificados porque generan estado de alama en la población”.
Frederic agregó que, en materia de capacitación, “hay una demora de 7 años en los policías locales que se incorporaron en los últimos años del gobierno de (Daniel) Scioli que no tuvieron los cursos de capacitación para ascender“.
“Eso es muy frustrarte para cualquiera que entra a una actividad laboral donde sabe que va a haber un horizonte de crecimiento profesional”, analizó la funcionaria.
En tanto, consideró que “una parte de la deuda de la democracia tiene que ver con este déficit en la desatención en las condiciones laborales, en el bienestar de la fuerza” policial.
En referencia a las opiniones de dirigentes de la oposición en las redes sociales, Frederic dijo que “el domingo a la noche había algunos personas que salieron a decir ‘bueno no se puede hablar de sublevación… pero podría ser’, con ese tono catastrófico que tienen algunos dirigentes de la oposición“.
“Estuvimos junto al gobernador (Kicillof) acompañando lo que iba sucediendo, preocupados por este tema hasta esta madrugada, y, como efectivamente decía el ministro Sergio Berni, las protestas responden a un retraso en las condiciones de trabajo de sanidad de la formación y la capacitación y actualización jerárquica“, indicó la ministra.
