Guzm谩n: “No va a haber devaluaci贸n”

El ministro de Econom铆a afirm贸 que se “va a continuar con el ritmo de depreciaci贸n del peso” y advirti贸 sobre la necesidad de mantener “la sostenibilidad fiscal” y “gastar en lo que tiene m谩s impacto en la recuperaci贸n”

“Esta brecha est谩 generando una expectativa de devaluaci贸n que no se condice con las circunstancias que enfrentamos en el frente externo”, sostuvo Guzm谩n, que consider贸 que聽el Gobierno “tiene instrumentos para continuar con la pol铆tica cambiaria que se viene llevando adelante y no hacer una devaluaci贸n”.

Luego de las medidas que tom贸 su cartera el lunes, Guzm谩n afirm贸 que apuntan聽“a estabilizar la brecha y despu茅s bajarla.聽No es algo que se pueda bajar de un d铆a a otro” y analiz贸 que a pesar de la suba constante en el valor de las cotizaciones, “el 铆ndice de precios no se ha movido con el d贸lar blue y el d贸lar Contado con Liquidaci贸n (CCL), ha ido de la mano del d贸lar oficial”

Sobre el aumento que registraron desde el martes los d贸lares financieros,聽el funcionario nacional consider贸 que esa reacci贸n “tiene que ver con actores que quieren salir de posicion de pesos estructuralmente y que con poco volumen aumenta la brecha, no tiene que ver con una econom铆a real”

El d贸lar CCL y el que se cotiza en el Mercado Electr贸nico de Pagos (MEP) elevaron su valor $12 y continuaron presionando al blue hasta los聽$190聽que registr贸 en el cierre del mi茅rcoles.

El economista consider贸 que聽las divisas paralelas “son mercados peque帽os que no tienen ingerencia macroecon贸mica”,聽y que聽el crecimiento de valor que tuvieron los d贸lares financieros se debe a “capitales especulativos que quedaron atrapados聽y buscan salir, para ellos hacemos la聽subasta de bonos en d贸lares聽que se puede integrar con bonos en pesos”.

Una de las principales cr铆ticas que realiza el mercado a la pol铆tica econ贸mica es la ampliaci贸n del d茅ficit fiscal y la emisi贸n de pesos que se realiz贸 este a帽o por el contexto de pandemia y la necesidad de ayuda social. “Hay un problema fuerte de d茅ficit fiscal que tiene que ver con una situaci贸n extraordinaria que es la pandemia,聽no emitir implica no poder financiar gastos” sostuvo Guzm谩n, que agreg贸:聽“Hay que garantizar la sostenibilidad fiscal, gastar en lo que tiene m谩s impacto en la recuperaci贸n“.

Sobre el desbalance de los ingresos y los gastos del estado, anunci贸 que se va a llevar adelante un “programa fiscal plurianual” pero que para “llegar a d茅ficit cero va a llevar varios a帽os”.

El ministro tambi茅n consider贸 que聽“Argentina es un pa铆s de ingresos medios, no es un pa铆s de ingresos bajos” y que聽estabilizar y poner al pa铆s “en el sendero de recuperaci贸n es una tarea colectiva“.

Tambi茅n afirm贸 que “se trabaja hora a hora para estabilizar la econom铆a y ponerla en el sendero de la producci贸n” y que聽se muestran “signos de recuperaci贸n heterog茅nea y tenue”.

Por fuera de lo econ贸mico

En una entrevista para Radio con Vos, Guzm谩n no solo se refiri贸 a la situaci贸n de crisis cambiaria que atravieza el pa铆s, sino que tuvo frases sobre otros temas de la agenda nacional.

El titular de la cartera econ贸mica opin贸 que en el Gobierno聽tienen “una coalici贸n que est谩 aunada en un objetivo concreto: administrar y conducir una situaci贸n sin precedentes que es la pandemia” y que聽“la grieta tiene un costo econ贸mico聽lo que se necesita es profundizar los entendimientos”.

Ademas tuvo聽palabras de agradecimiento con la vicepresidenta, Cristina Fern谩ndez,聽al asegurar que聽valora “su compromiso, su inteligencia, su fuerza”聽y que habla con ella.

Al ser consultado por los conflictos de tierras, con el ejemplo del que se desarrolla en la estancia de la familia Etchevehere, Guzm谩n sostuvo que “el gobierno no tiene nada que ver con eventos de ese tipo”.
