Brasil: una fiscalía acusó formalmente a Darthés por la denuncia de abuso sexual a Fardín

Una fiscalía brasileña presentó una acusación formal contra el actor argentino Juan Darthés, acusado de abuso sexual por la actriz Thelma Fardín por un hecho ocurrido en Nicaragua en 2018, y ahora el juez interviniente debe resolver si abre o no el proceso para enfrentar un juicio que en el vecino país se enmarca dentro de “crímenes hediondos”, uno de los más graves del ordenamiento penal.

Así lo confirmaron en conferencia de prensa la misma actriz, junto a su abogado Martín Arias Duval, integrantes de Actrices Argentina y la titular de Amnistía Internacional Argentina, Mariela Belski.

“Son muchas las mujeres y disidencias que atraviesan estas situaciones, si bien mi caso es testigo”, dijo Fardín.

La actriz valoró el apoyo que recibe y pidió que la sociedad “deje de perseguirnos a las víctimas, de estigmatizarnos”.

“Es momento que la justicia, el Estado fomenten los cambios”, pidió.

En un documento de Actrices Argentinas se destacó que “este recorrido” realizado por Thelma Fardín “está sentando jurisprudencia internacional ” y la decisión de la fiscalía de Brasil “es un nuevo paso, que ya es reparador.

Hablaron además sobre la exposición victimizante a la que se expone a Fardín en algunos medios, y pidieron una reforma judicial feminista.

Mariela Belski, titular de Amnistía Internacional, destacó que “el caso de Thelma posibilitó que otras víctimas hablaran” y que la violencia de género “se sostenga en la agenda pública”.

Fardín agradeció el apoyo de los ministerios públicos fiscales de Argentina, Brasil y Nicaragua
