Memorándum con Irán: Cristina solicitó la nulidad de la causa y publicó duro video

La Vicepresidenta anunció a través de su cuenta de Twitter el pedido que hizo junto a su defensa en la Justicia, a la vez que compartió un video en el que denuncia la complicidad entre el Poder Judicial y el gobierno de Mauricio Macri.

Los abogados de la vicepresidenta, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, pidieron la nulidad de la causa por el Memorándum con Irán tras considerarla una de los casos judiciales “más escándalosos de nuestra historia” en el que los jueces Mariano Borinsky, de la Cámara de Casación Penal, y Gustavo Hornos, presidente de la Cámara de Casación, jugaron un rol “fundamental” para la persecución judicial de la expresidenta y el fallecido excanciller Héctor Timerman.

La expresidenta publicó un video en sus redes sociales con el recorrido judicial de la causa con fuertes críticas a los camaristas que intervinieron en todos los momentos clave del expediente y apuntó contra el gobierno de Mauricio Macri por “utilizar la causa con motivos políticos”.

“Tan sólo un día después de la muerte del fiscal Nisman, en una conferencia de prensa que constituyó el lanzamiento de su campaña electoral a presidente, Macri sostuvo que era muy importante que se continuara con la denuncia”, relató la voz en off.

“Solicitamos que se deje sin efecto el auto de citación a juicio y se disponga el sobreseimiento de todas las personas que han sido injustamente imputadas en este proceso”, indicó el escrito presentado esta mañana por el abogado Carlos Beraldi. En el mismo, la vicepresidente hizo mención a todos los procesos judiciales que la involucran. Además, adjuntó cuatro anexos con documentación y solicitó hasta declaraciones testimoniales para corroborar reuniones y datos.

Las visitas de Hornos y Borinsky

“Cabe señalar que varios de los encuentros que mantuvieron Hornos y Borinsky con el expresidente Macri guardan una relación cronológica con decisiones trascendentes que fueron dictadas por esos mismos jueces en la causa del ‘Memorándum'”, denunció la vicepresidenta.

Por ejemplo, el texto sostiene que entre la fecha en que la Sala I de la Cámara de Apelaciones confirmó la desestimación de la denuncia del fiscal Nisman, el 27 de septiembre de 2016, y la fecha en que Hornos y Borinsky revocaron esa decisión, “ambos magistrados visitaron a Macri en la Quinta de Olivos”: Hornos lo hizo el 9 de noviembre de 2016 y Borinsky los días 6 de octubre y 13 de diciembre del mismo año.

“Es tan intensa la sospecha de parcialidad que se genera a partir de los ya referidos encuentros entre Macri y los magistrados que cualquiera fueran sus motivos, la validez de su actuación no puede ser mantenida”, argumentó el texto.
