El dólar blue volvió a bajar pero sigue siendo la cotización más cara

La venta ilegal de la divisa corrigió a la baja durante el mediodía en una semana que la encontraba sin cambios. El contado con liqui (CCL) superó durante la semana el techo de los 170 que impuso el Central. Desde el Gobierno ven con preocupación la merma de divisas para controlar a los dólares financieros

Con estos números, el blue se mantiene alejado del récord que alcanzó en octubre de 2020, cuando escaló hasta los  $195. A su vez, la brecha con el dólar minorista se mantiene en torno al 74,5%, mientras que en el mayorista es de 84,5%. Sin embargo, para la economista Mara Pedrazzoli, “la política económica no se guía por lo que ocurre en el dólar blue“.
“Se trata de un mercado informal que canaliza operaciones de pequeños ahorristas o subfacturaciones de PyMEs. No es verdad que rija las formaciones de precios, excepto en situaciones de inusitada incertidumbre, por ejemplo, en septiembre de 2020: la última corrida cambiaria que tuvimos”, ejemplificó la experta.

Nuevo cepo al dólar 2021

El reverso a la estabilidad del dólar paralelo es el Dólar Contado con Liquidación (CCL): el martes por primera vez en 10 meses superó el techo de 170 pesos que el Banco Central tanto se esforzó en mantener, ayer también por encima de esa marca. Por lo que hay expectativas en los mercados de su despeño durante la jornada de hoy.

Sumados a los pagos realizados al Club de París y Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), otro razón detrás de la merma en la cantidad de divisas es la bajante histórica del río Paraná, un fuerte condicionante para la salida de las agroexportaciones, uno de los generadores de dólares más importantes con los que cuenta el país.

“Para el segundo semestre del año el mix de baja del río Paraná, suba de fletes marítimos y precios de la soja en lateral harán que las exportaciones disminuyan, lo que traerá aparejado un problema severo en la asistencia de dólares al mercado“, evaluó el economista Salvador Di Stéfano.

Y agregó: “Esto traería consecuencias muy nocivas para el Banco Central, ya que quedaría menos abastecido de dólares”.

Dólar bolsa hoy: Valor MEP y CCL

En el mercado bursátil, el dólar “contado con liqui” sube a $171,56 (un aumento de 0,8%), tras cerrar a 170,25 ayer. Durante julio aumentó 2,21 pesos, principalmente gracias al férreo control que ejerció el BCRA. Sin embargo, todavía se encuentra lejos de su máximo histórico ($181,83).

Por otra parte, el dólar MEP hoy suma 0,4%, en 170,35 pesos por unidad, según la estimación de Rava Bursátil. Durante el mes pasado mostró una suba similar a la del “contado con liqui” y subió $2,13.

“En este escenario vamos a un mercado cambiario en donde predominaría el stress, esto se traduce en dólares alternativos que estarán a la suba, con un Banco Central que irá perdiendo poder de fuego para contenerlos“, vaticinó Di Stéfano.
