Pre Viaje y turismo

El mandatario anunció que en esa próxima etapa podrá haber viajes grupales de personas mayores que tengan el esquema completo de vacunación, y permitirán el ingreso de turistas extranjeros que estén inmunizados contra el Covid.

“En el plan de recuperación de actividades, cuando se den las condiciones, habilitaremos el turismo para personas que tengan el esquema completo de vacunación empezando con países de la región. Y así seguiremos avanzando”, afirmó al respecto.

Además, se reactivará el programa PreViaje, que permitirá comprar pasajes, hospedaje y actividades con una devolución del 50% para hacer turismo durante 2022.

Segunda dosis

Para agosto, la “prioridad” del Gobierno es “aumentar el porcentaje de segundas dosis, priorizando a las personas mayores de 50 años, y en especial a quienes tienen más tiempo desde la primera dosis”. Este mes, aseguró el Presidente, se aplicarán “más de 7 millones de segundas dosis”, y continuará la inmunización de niños y adolescentes con comorbilidades.

Con el foco puesto en “recuperar actividades de manera responsable y cuidadosa”, señaló: “Cuanto más vacunemos, cuanto más nos cuidemos, más podremos sostener estos logros y más podremos avanzar en aperturas sostenidas y progresivas”.

El jefe Gabinete de la Nación, Santiago Cafiero, y la ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, brindarán este mediodía detalles del nuevo  DNU con “aperturas sostenidas y progresivas”.

Estatales y presencialidad

Aunque no se mencionó en el discurso de Alberto Fernández, el Gobierno también anunciará la vuelta de los empleados estatales al trabajo presencial a partir de septiembre.

Fases de apertura: Primera etapa

Con la firma del  DNU comenzará la primera etapa de aperturas denominada “protección en progreso” que culminará el 1 de octubre y donde se utilizarán nuevos parámetros para analizar los indicadores epidemiológicos.

“A partir de ahora, las medidas que se tomen cuando haya una situación de alarma epidemiológica tendrán un abordaje diferente. Habrá disminución de los aforos y de la circulación nocturna; y  en el caso que hubiera eventos masivos autorizados, se hará una suspensión momentánea para poder disminuir la transmisión y ver que pasó”, precisó la ministra Carla Vizzotti al aclarar esas restricciones tendrán una vigencia de 9 días.

Segunda etapa

  • Aumento de los aforos hasta el 70% en espacio cerrados y en domicilios
  • Reuniones en espacios públicos sin límite de personas
  • Eventos masivos con un 30% de su capacidad para ampliarla al 70% (partidos de fútbol con público)
  • Viajes grupales para jubilados vacunados con el esquema completo
  • El barbijo se usará en el transporte público y en espacios cerrados
  • Podrán llegar extranjeros de países limítrofes dependiendo de la situación epidemiológica del país de destino

Tercera etapa

  • Avanzar a las actividades sin aforo
  • Reactivación total del turismo
  • Regreso de los viajes de egresados
  • No obligatoriedad del uso de barbijos
