Diego Giuliano, quien reemplazó a Alexis Guerrera como titular en el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, anticipó este viernes que para el comienzo del 2023 habrá un aumento del 40 por ciento en los boletos de colectivos y trenes que circulen por el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA).
“Está previsto un aumento que ya fue anunciado del 40% para comienzos del año 2023. Era en diciembre, pero se lo llevó a principios de 2023″, informó el funcionario por Radio La Red.
El ministro apuntó que el anterior aumento se dio el primero de agosto, también del 40 por ciento y cuestionó la política de transporte que tuvo el Gobierno que encabezó Mauricio Macri.
“El presidente (Alberto) Fernández aumentó el subsidio del transporte del interior en un 1.200%. Empezamos en 2019 con una cuenta de $6.000 millones y hoy tenemos $46.000 millones”, detalló.
En el Presupuesto 2023, aprobado en el Parlamento y promulgado esta semana por el Gobierno, se prevé un incremento a $85.000 millones.
“Llevamos la discusión al lugar que corresponde que es el Congreso así que yo veo un cambio muy importante y superador”, destacó Giuliano.
Además, el funcionario dijo que el tema del traspaso de 32 líneas de colectivos de Nación a Ciudad de Buenos Aires “ha tenido avances”.
“Es necesario que la propia Ciudad tenga su sistema de transporte a su cargo porque así lo tienen todas las provincias de la Argentina. No es razonable que el sistema sea diseñado por la Nación”, explicó Giuliano, y destacó que el traspaso “ha tenido avances” y que la Ciudad ya “comenzó a sostener una parte de su propio sistema”.
Giuliano afirmó que “uno de los focos” de la gestión “continuará siendo el sistema ferroviario”.
“Hemos recuperado 17 ramales ferroviarios y hoy los trenes en Argentina llevan un 62% más de carga de la que llevaban hace dos años y medio”, remarcó.
