El embajador Daniel Scioli firmó este sábado, en Villa La Ñata, municipio bonaerense de Tigre, su precandidatura presidencial por la alianza Unidos por la Patria a través de la corriente interna Unidos Triunfaremos, de cara a las próximas elección Primarias, Abiertas, Simultáneas y Obligatorias (PASO).
Tras la rubrica, el documento deberá ser presentado ante la Junta Electoral partidaria por los apoderados de la agrupación sciolista: Aníbal Fernández, Alberto Pérez y Manuel Luaces, presidente del partido PaRTE de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
La precandidatura del exgobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, quedará oficializada cuando presente los avales correspondientes.
“Cristina me votaría”
Por otra parte, Scioli también aseguró que la vicepresidenta, Cristina Kirchner, lo “votaría” por su “experiencia, trayectoria y visión de futuro” y ratificó su confianza en lograr un triunfo en las PASO del oficialismo.
En una entrevista con Noticias Argentina, Daniel Scioli aseguró que no necesita hacer una “campaña tradicional”, ya que su figura está instalada públicamente: “No voy a molestar a la gente con actos. Voy a ir a sus lugares de trabajo, hablando a los distintos sectores y dándole las razones por las cual voy a pedir su voto”.
Además, rechazó los cuestionamientos del PJ Bonaerense y subrayó: “Si hay alguien que jamás judicializó la política… En mi vida le hice una denuncia a nadie. A nadie”.
– Se lo escucha decir que está más preparado que en 2015. ¿Qué hay de diferente esta vez y por qué cree que llega mejor?
– La vida es superación, autocrítica, aprender permanentemente. Brasil me aportó a la experiencia que tenía, en la visión geopolítica, una especialización en distintos temas. Estoy con convicción de representar e interpretar lo que espera el pueblo argentino de su próximo Presidente, valores que tienen que ver con previsibilidad, confianza, sensatez, moderación, con la capacidad de lograr acuerdo y creo que impactó mucho, positivamente, porque tuve que desplegar toda mi destreza. Creo también que el tiempo es un gran ordenador y reivindicador. Por ahí muchas cosas no se vieron, no se apreciaron, la gente no lo tiene muy presente, del debate en 2015, mi sentido de la responsabilidad, mi coherencia de haber estado siempre en el mismo espacio político.
La Argentina que viene necesita de acuerdo, de mayor diálogo, encuentro, de mayor tranquilidad con todo lo que esta palabra necesita. Tengo muy claro que la solución al país viene de la mano de la expansión productiva, del crecimiento, ahí vamos a encontrar equilibrio fiscal y no de la mano del ajuste.
– ¿Qué le aporta al mapa político su candidatura?
– Amplitud, potencialidad. El camino de unidad está garantizado al final de las PASO. Mis 25 años de carrera política son un testimonio de respeto, de compromiso, de poner el hombro. Aparte, mi carrera empezó con una PASO en la Capital Federal. Como pude ganar esa PASO, puedo hacer una gran elección general.
– ¿Qué lo diferencia de los otros aspirantes de Unión por la Patria?
– Los respeto a todos y el día después el país los necesita a todos. Necesitamos a todos los que estamos al interior del frente y también ir en búsqueda de otros espacios políticos. En un momento en el que se van ya concentrando y reduciendo las alternativas y decisiones que tendrá que tomar el pueblo argentino.
Lo mío no es contra nadie es a favor del país, de la industria nacional, de la producción. También el reconocimiento a la inflación, a los salarios que no alcanzan, a la problemática de la inseguridad.
– ¿Cuál es el rol del presidente Alberto Fernández en su candidatura?
– Asumo mi candidatura con total responsabilidad y decisión personal. Él es un hombre con un profundo sentido de responsabilidad democrática, promueve las PASO mencionando que para este tiempo del frente es lo mejor que sea el ordenador y la voluntad de la gente popular de quién es el mejor candidato.
Creo que lo que está buscando es proyectar el país a futuro que no sea volver a empezar y en eso hay que tener en cuenta el contexto en el que le tocó gobernar: pandemia, sequía, la guerra.
A mí me gustaría encarar todo, construir sobre lo construido. No estoy de acuerdo con que hay que dinamitar todo. El país está en movimiento, con problemas. Soy la garantía de que la gente que ha vuelto al trabajo tenga un mejor salario.
– ¿Esperaba más de Alberto Fernández respecto a tu candidatura?
– Jamás esperé que el Presidente de la Nación se entrometa en un tema partidario, en estas cuestiones internas y una vez que esté definida la voluntad popular él dará su opinión. Él ha buscado en todo momento preservar la unidad del espacio aún cuando la discusión hacia afuera es adentro.
– Una campaña electoral demanda una importante inversión. ¿Cree que puede financiarla?
– Están los espacios gratuitos para todos los partidos, los fondos que se distribuyen a todos los candidatos. En mi caso, no tengo que hacer una campaña tradicional: no voy a molestar a la gente con actos. Voy a ir a sus lugares de trabajo, hablando a los distintos sectores y dándole las razones por las cual voy a pedir su voto.
No voy a estar prometiendo soluciones mágicas ni molestando a la gente, sacando tiempo a su familia y su trabajo. Conozco, es cuestión de generar una empatía, estar cerca y no cometer errores.
Ha quedado muchas veces demostrado en la historia, sino ganaría las elecciones el que sea más poderoso económicamente.
– ¿Hay PASO o cree que hay margen para consensuar un candidato?
– Hay PASO. Es un triunfo de la democracia partidaria, aparte es una ley, todos los candidatos deben atravesarlas, aunque en algunos espacios puede haber un solo candidato y en otros una PASO. En 2021 demostró como (Diego) Santilli y (Facundo) Manes se terminaron potenciando… (Mauricio) Macri en 2015. Algunos tienen miedo a la foto de las PASO. en 2015 gané por 14 puntos y después terminé perdiendo la elección en el balotaje. Si se realiza en términos constructivos…
– Entonces, ¿por qué generó tanto ruido interno?
– Hemos hecho un acuerdo, miremos para adelante ahora.
– Si le proponen ser el candidato de consenso, ¿lo consideraría?
– Lo mejor es una PASO, no es un tema mío. Lo ha dicho (Agustín) Rossi, (Juan) Grabois, lo dijo Wado (de Pedro).
– ¿Entonces, por qué lo cuestionan?
– No lo siento. Estamos discutiendo y debatiendo la Presidencia de la Nación, el camino hacia eso. Si quiero ser el goleador de Villa La Ñata, alguna patada me voy a comer. Cuando quería correr en lancha y ser campeón del mundo mirá lo que me pasó.
No es que todo el mundo puede estar de acuerdo, pero hay una decisión que se ha tomado, el 13 de agosto hay PASO en el país y dentro del frente. Dejemos que el poder maravilloso de la voluntad popular sea el que ordene las candidaturas, quién creen que sea el mejor para encarar los desafíos que tiene el país.
– ¿Cómo es su vínculo con Cristina? ¿Lo llamó? ¿Cómo recibió sus críticas?
– Es un vinculo de respeto y de afecto. A veces ponen cosas en boca de Cristina… Cristina tiene que hablar ella directamente, dice lo que piensa, y toma las decisiones que toma. Algunos interpretan los gestos, lo que quiso decir.
– En Santa Cruz habló. No dio nombres, pero habló…
– No dio nombres, entonces como dice el dicho, al que le quepa el sayo que se lo ponga. He pasado tantas… Es su punto de vista y yo puedo tener el mío.
– ¿Mantiene conversaciones con ella ahora?
– Ahora hace un tiempo que no hablo. En diciembre intercambiamos mensajes, me invitaron al acto del 25 de mayo cuando fueron los 20 años que asumí con Néstor (Kirchner). Ella sabe que soy una de las personas más confiables y previsibles que tiene el espacio, porque lo ha visto durante 20 años que iniciamos la fórmula con Néstor.
Creo que me votaría a mí, por experiencia, trayectoria, por mi visión de futuro, por muchas cosas que coincido en cuanto a que hay que industrializar la realidad, las sinergias en lo público- privado, la economía del conocimiento, porque hay que rever el acuerdo con el FMI.
– ¿Y con Máximo Kirchner?
– De respeto. Me he encontrado en distintas oportunidades, hemos comido asados juntos, normal.
– ¿Y respecto al reglamento?
– Eso lo lleva Alberto Pérez con él y Victoria Tolosa Paz, pero me he visto muchísimas veces social y políticamente.
– ¿Hay algún escenario en el que Scioli baje su candidatura? –
A esta altura, no es que yo compito, el pueblo peronista quiere participar y decidir y me hago eco de eso.
– ¿Hay compañero/a de fórmula?
– Lo vamos a anunciar en los próximos días.
– ¿Cómo tomó el comunicado del PJ bonaerense?
– Que hay PASO.
– ¿Y respecto a las críticas?
– Siempre hay tensiones en esta etapa. Si hay alguien que jamás judicializó la política… En mi vida le hice una denuncia a nadie. A nadie.
– Aníbal Fernández dijo que llegado el caso iba a…
– Aníbal dijo que llegado el caso iba a buscar que se respete el reglamento.
– Sí, vía la Justicia Electoral.
– Pero no lo dijo en tono amenazante ni mucho menos. Pero bueno, ya está: llevémosle tranquilidad a la gente, paz, expectativa.
– Recientemente dijo que de ser electo, Patricia Bullrich le sería “muy necesaria”. ¿Para qué?
– Dije que los tiempos que vienen se necesita… No lo personalizo en ella ni en ningún otro dirigente… en el tiempo que se viene vamos a tener que acordar políticas de Estado, puntos de encuentro.
Tomo iniciativas escuchando a los demás también. Escucho las ideas y las propuestas, cuando (Javier) Milei habla de simplificación de impuestos, ordenamiento del Estado… Esas son cosas en las que uno está de acuerdo.
– ¿Cómo es su relación con la oposición?
– Buena. Siempre ha sido de respeto porque me han visto a lo largo de todos estos años. Siendo presidente del Senado tenía una muy buena relación, además mi papá en vida fue un gran amigo de (Raúl) Alfonsín, impulsor de su candidatura presidencial y de su Presidencia. Tengo muchos amigos del radicalismo. Hablo con Manes, (Horacio Rodríguez) Larreta… Si es una de las cosas que la sociedad está pidiendo.
¿De qué se horrorizan? Porque sino parece que me dejan en un lugar ridículo. A mi me volvían loco cada vez que iba a ExpoAgro y este año estaban todos ahí, haciendo cola en la inauguración a ver quién se sacaba la foto más linda con los directivos de Clarín y La Nación. A ver, digamos las cosas cómo son, a esta altura.
– ¿Lo dice por Wado de Pedro?
– Hablamos de quien sea. Se horrorizan cuando voy a TN, perdón… Miren a los programas que han ido, y es bueno que lo hagan. Cuando yo voy, está mal; y cuando el otro lo hace está bien. Basta de esas cosas.
– ¿Por qué lo hacen?
– Qué sé yo, hago lo que tengo que hacer y estoy haciendo lo que la gente me pide y necesita que haga para el tiempo que se viene. Concordia, convivencia.
– ¿Cree que el kirchnerismo quiere boicotear su candidatura?
– No. Algunos lo ponen en cabeza a Alberto (Fernández). Alberto es el Presidente y yo soy precandidato. Pongamos las cosas en su lugar.
– Se habla de un apoyo indirecto a tu candidatura.
– El apoyo de Alberto es a las PASO. Ayer salió ayer a apoyar a Unión por la Patria, es eso.
– Se muestra muy confiado. Pero en el caso de no ganar, ¿qué hará?
– Acompañar.
– ¿Incluso si es Sergio Massa?
– Voy a acompañar a quien sea, no pongo nombre. Conmigo adentro no hay problema, el problema lo tiene la gente con las cosas que están pasando.
